“The cottage was perfect for our family. The rare first floor house was great with no stairs to climb. The fenced area was perfect for our little dogs to go outside and be free to do their needs. The cottage has several updates like new appliances, good flooring for the beach, and nice furniture. It is very clean and comfortable. “What a surprise to once again find ourselves in one of the little old OBX cottages after not finding them for about 20 years. BUT it had been recently updated to our delight! New everything in the kitchen was great. The “beach box” was charming and suited to the 2 of us…although we could’ve had 2 more at least. We’ll be back!”

“This house is in a great location. Well stocked. We enjoyed the crows nest the most! Just a couple suggestions to make- the king mattress was extremely uncomfortable and sunk in on both sides. Might be time to replace. Also, since this is a pet friendly rental, carpets on the stairs inside would be nice. Our dog had a hard time going up and down. Otherwise, everything was great!”

“We had a great stay! The rental was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better, and we especially appreciated the private walk to the beach.
