“Beautiful views - the property is high up. The kitchen was nice to make some food at and had supplies. Check in instructions were clear. The place was clean as well. There is free parking on the street - just read the signs. One downside - The AC in the bedroom was pretty loud if you can’t sleep with loud noises. Quiet building though you can hear outside noises.”

“The apartment was amazing; and it exceeded the description on Vrbo. The fixtures and appliances were all new; the bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled; the bedrooms were fresh and comfortable; and the accomodations were awesome. The apartment is very close to the highway, thus, very convenient to access in/out of the city, etc. And, the host and her on-site property manager (Therese) were fully accessible and accomodating during our stay. A perfect place to visit in the Bronx!”

“This was not what was shown for it to be. The couch was not as pictured it was a love set with terrible comfort only fit two people. The freezer in small fridge picture showed a full fridge the fire alarm did not have a battery in it no fire extinguisher in area. No towels for kitchen or hot pads or wash clothes for bathroom. Chairs and bench in dining room were terribly uncomfortable to sit on just plastic. Bars on windows doors for bedrooms had locks on inside. We had to spend 265.00...

“I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. Only 2 exterior steps down to the private entrance worked out great for our older Labrador Retriever who has difficulty with steps these days.
