Let the waves rock you to sleep in this awesome truly oceanfront cottage directly on the warmer waters of Nantucket Sound. 3 walls of sliding glass doors provide panoramic views overlooking your private sandy beach and the magnificent Ocean. Swim, fish, surf, kayak, sail, BBQ, sunbathe in your backyard. Step right out onto your sandy beach! A short stroll to restaurants, shops, public beaches or hotels to rent jet skis, kayaks, or parasail. Double ocean kayak available for your use free! Mini golf, trampolines, arcades. Pirate Museum and Water Park nearby. Private beach and private cobblestone driveway. You couldn't ask for a better location!! This house has been listed with VRBO since 2013. We also have a solid five star rental history covering our two other oceanfront homes next door, but this one is the cream of the crop! Dream location!!
This place was absolutely adorable. Very retro feel but has everything you need. Walking out back in the morning, just sitting there having coffee while watching the waves crack is just a great way to start your day. You are literally about 15 steps from the ocean. I’ve never slept better in my life. Listening to the waves crash at night is about the most peaceful thing ever!! This place will not disappoint!

Peaceful place on the ocean close to entertainment. The house is very cute and you can relax hearing the ocean sound. The kids had great fun playing by the beach while I could watch them from the porch.

Oceanfront Getaway
Our stay at the Seawitch was exactly what we were hoping for. Direct beach/ocean access, privacy, Cape Cod charm. The home is small, but cozy, walk right out to your own private beach. Quiet, peaceful, exactly what we needed. Responsive, helpful owners. Highly recommend this property.

It was nice being right on the beach. House is very cute with the yellow accents. Lots of glass giving great views. Bed comfortable. All appliances there as well as a real lobster pot. Would stay again.

Maybe a bit pricey depending on availability but as advertised and worth the money. I had a nice 2 day stay. The beach is cleaner than others which was nice. Getting in and out of the address onto the road was relatively easy and quick to get into town and back. Would be top notch if pets were allowed but its understandable. Nice kitchen, bedroom and small but cozy bathroom. Lots of places to relax and move around. Pretty quiet and a view you dont want to miss. Id love to come back for a equal or longer stay.

Perfect ! Ocean at your door!
Small, rustic and cozy. Clean. Perfect view of ocean at your door through all the walls of windows. No air conditioning but the breeze was sufficient. You can open all the doors and it’s just like being on the beach without the sand. Comfy sofa. Perfect distance to get to anything else on the Cape. I’m coming back in September with a friend.

My husband and I wanted a quick, quiet trip to Cape Cod, and the Seawitch was just what we were looking for. The living room with all the windows was the best, and the constant sound of the waves were, too!

Awesome location
We had a wonderful time staying here - this is an amazing location directly on the beach. We were able to catch the harvest moonrise over the ocean. Dawn and Steve were extremely helpful, responsive, and overall great hosts. Walking distance to the skipper and close by other local attractions.

Relax and enjoy the view!
Funky house with lots of retro yellow. Comfortable swinging chair to take in the gorgeous view of the beach and Nantucket Sound. 4 double sliders let in the most amazing breezes. Private beach is perfect for relaxing. Large decks on either side of the house. Owner has excellent and prompt communication. Fully stocked kitchen. Bring toilet paper! There was none when we arrived so we were glad to have some. This is clearly stated in the description. We can’t wait to return!

Better than advertised!
This was my first experience with Vrbo, or any sort of property renting service. I’m typically a hotels.com/resort person. I was skeptical as soon as I hit ‘submit’ for my payment. The photos of this property do NOT do it justice! I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, and they are a wonderful couple. If you’re within driving distance either bring your own linens and towels, or go to tj maxx. We considered a linen service (great option for out of towners who don’t want to add more to their suitcase for a plane ride), but it was ~ $180. I went to tj maxx and bought 2 Queen Ugg brand sets, and all the towels for $170, and get to keep them. I can attest unequivocally that the location, charm of the property, and very communicative hosts made our family’s stay an experience we’ll forever treasure.

Perfect cottage for a relaxing beach getaway. Ocean breezes through sliding doors was amazing. Perfect little side deck to sit in shade or sunny deck on opposite side of the house. Step out to the sand. Can't get a better spot. House was clean and comfortable. Has all you need. Hope I can stay again soon!

I stayed here for a long weekend with my 2 kids and husband. This place was small and cozy. Just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The place has a small bbq grill on the deck for cooking or restaurants close if needed. Beach is the only entertainment we needed.

We really enjoyed location right on the beach and close to restaurants, etc too. One of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time bc we enjoyed the view so much and rarely wanted to leave the house! Owner was nice and clear in instructions and expectations. Funky yellow 70s inspired beach bungalow steps away from the water. Only minus was we had to bring our own linens. Otherwise, great spot and location to enjoy the beach.
