“This place is a hidden gem! It was super cute, clean and super close walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach access. Host communication was 100% excellent! Anytime I had a question they responded super fast. They even had 2 koozies waiting on the kitchen table with a sticker for us which was a cute touch and we appreciated it. We learned that this is a family run business and then they own the whole complex. We even got to chat with the sister-in-law Amy when we were outside the……

“My daughter and I took a quick trip to Cocoa Beach to visit family and escape the cold, wet NY spring. What a wonderful find this condo was! Immediately upon opening the door, we could smell how fresh and clean it was. We had everything we could have possibly need during our 4 night stay. The kitchen is stocked, there are beach towels, chairs, a cooler, a beach blanket and more! It is located literally steps away from the beach. We got up early each morning and watched the sunrise.
