“We booked this place based on all the raving reviews and looked like a nice place to stay for our families spring break trip. Check in was typical. Upon entering the room however we were disappointed. The room was smaller than expected but doable. But the smell and overall cleanliness of the room was horrid. Whatever cleaner they use has an overwhelming scent that made the room smell like a floral scented garbage bag. There was dust on everything, walls, ceiling fan blades, trim, art work, bed……

“Ruby, the general Mgr of the property was amazing! She helped us out with early arrival on both days. We stayed here a day before & after our cruise. It was a perfect location to get us ready for the cruise. There’s literally a cruise parking across the street from the condo. The rooms were spacious and very nice! The view off are balcony was awesome. Watching boats, dolphins & manatees go in & out of the canal. There was an onsite restaurant it was ok. Walmart within 11 minute drive. Everything……

“Great location, a block from the beach. Easy parking and a lovely pool area. Had everything we needed. Our only complaint was that the couch and chair in the living room looked beautiful but we're very uncomfortable. That being said we would definitely stay here again”
