Griming tools to grill, towels, umbrellas! There is private beach access and hammocks all over the premises. Also yoga mats and beautiful art all over the property. You can’t find a better place in cocoa”

“This place is gorgeous! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough 😭 We booked it for the night after visiting Kennedy space centre which was 20 minutes away, before moving on to Miami but I wish we had stayed another night or two. Didn’t check out the pool or other amenities but it all looked good. The 3 bed premier condo was spacious for the four of us, so each of my teenage kids got their own room. Beds and pillows were comfy, and the shower was fabulous, all of which was welcome……

“Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy.……
