“The access to the beach and town activities was wonderful.”

“My only thought is they should have let the renters know there's no bathroom door and so for toileting purposes and showering purposes there is no privacy.”

“Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy.……

“Hands down the best place to stay in Cocoa Beach! This is an absolute gem! Our expectations were blown out of the water. My boyfriend and I booked the smallest unit, but it was MUCH larger than it looked in the photos! It was a lovely setup with a cozy livingroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, master bath, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, and every piece of kitchenware you could ever need.
