“Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy.……

“We really enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach. This location was perfect for traveling with our e-bikes. We loved being so close to the beach, which made it easy to get our morning steps in and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The area was quiet and peaceful, exactly the kind of atmosphere we look for when we travel. It was a great place to relax while still being close enough to explore the area by bike.

“This place was great, super clean, great location, very short walk right to the beach on the property plus two different outdoor showers. The cottage itself was great, great ocean view, very modern, enough space for my family of 4. Everything worked as it should have. I would definitely recommend staying here. I definitely would go back again.”
