The villa number 12 Kings Beach offers superior self-catering, surrounded by tropical gardens and an inviting 30 mt swimming pool. Number 12 has been extensively modernised with many new appliances, including a fridge, a washing machine, and a Samsung TV 42” fire stick, require fibre optic internet, patio area table and chairs.

The villa has a recently renovated bathroom, including a vanity unit with a mirror, toilet, shower, and glass shower screen. The whole bathroom has been re-tiled, giving a modern and fresh look.
