-When you book, you acknowledge that you will be using the hot tub at your OWN risk. Please supervise ALL children in hot tub at ALL times.
-Smoking outside ONLY. Smoking indoors will result in immediate cancellation and a $200 fine. NO MARIJUANA. Smoking pot=cancellation and a $200 fine.

Perfectly Clean and Quiet

We stayed here with our family of 6 and it worked perfectly! Super quiet and clean with all that you need to make a family feel at home. We loved the hot tub and appreciate all the extra towels and the kitchen was well stocked! We definitely would recommend to anyone staying in Spokane!

College Thanksgiving visit

We visited our college kids for the Thanksgiving holiday. We were very impressed with the kitchen. Plenty of space for us to cook clean up and enjoy dinner. Conveniently close to stores without feeling like we were in the middle of town. Close to entertainment. Beds were comfy. A very light filled space.

Booked for a trip to see a Broadway production in Spokane with a group of friends. It was lovely to have a comfortable, clean place to stay altogether.
