“Rental too far from center of town. Need a vehicle to get to town, or a very long walk.The frig leaked water on the kitchen floor. The fire/smoke alarms went off a couple of times during stay, but the last evening they went off three times, the last time at 12:45 A. M. Very annoying.”

“All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special. The only, and minor, negative was that it was not a peaceful place when we were there- lots of tree trimming (Chain saw) and chipping- so very noisy at times. “It was a lovely stay. The house is spacious and enough for 5 people. We like the backyard and the kitchen mostly. We are the first guest but we liked it. Tram is exactly 13-15 min walk. “Best Location across from Cathedral st Giles. In the heart of everything. This apartment has everything you need for a sightseeing stay. Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with. The house is very spacious and was spotless! Only bit of feedback I have is that the kitchen utensils could be doing with an update.
