With much pleasure, we have renovated our house in Stolberg and now hope that it also gives others much joy on vacation. Spread over three floors are our large bedrooms, two spacious daylight bathrooms are available. A bright, spacious living room is located on the first floor and invites you to linger. TV, stove and plenty of seating make rainy days very comfortable. Larger families or groups can enjoy the large, bright attic, which also has a woodburning stove, television and comfortable seating. A lovingly furnished kitchen, in which also can be eaten, is located on the ground floor.
The garage with a small forecourt offers a possibility to park the car nearby. There is also behind the house still a small seat, which can be used very well in summer. When traveling with a four-legged friend, they do not have far to go hiking in the countryside.

Great location and home!

Ein schönes Haus auch für trübe Tage...
Wir waren zu viert plus Hund über den Jahreswechsel 2015/2016 in dem Haus und haben es alle sehr genossen: die muckelige Küche, in der wir oft lange gehockt haben, und das ultragemütliche Wohnzimmer, das uns zum klönen und lesen am Kamin verführte. Manchmal recht schwierig, sich zwischen beidem zu entscheiden. Sehr gefallen hat uns, dass nicht nur 08-15 Möbel und Bilder die Wohnung schmückten, sondern das alles sehr invdividuell passend und geschmackvoll war. Gut war auch die Ausstattung insgesamt und die Tatsache, dass beide Schlafzimmer jeweils ein Bad neben sich hatten. Das macht befreundeten Paaren den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Bezauberndes Haus mit toller Ausstattung
Wir haben in dem Haus ein wunderschönes Vorweihnachtswochenende mit zwei Familien und jeder Menge Kindern verbracht. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vor allem haben uns die Nachmittage und Abende vor dem Kamin gefallen, wovon es sogar zwei in dem Haus gibt. Die Kinder im Alter von 1 bis 8 Jahren haben das Dachgeschoss dankbar in Beschlag genommen. Für das viele Spielzeug und den großzügigen Platz zum Burgenbauen, Gesellschaftsspiele spielen, Autorennen fahren und müsste es eigentlich einen sechsten Stern geben. Stolberg hat uns überrascht mit dem schönen Schloss, das schon vom Haus aus zu sehen ist, der herrlichen historischen Innenstadt, die nur wenige Schritte vom Ferienhaus entfernt liegt und der Therme, die gerade im nasskalten Novemberwetter ein willkommene Urlaubsergänzung ist. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ebenfalls super unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Vor Ort wurden wir von der Haushälterin ausgesprochen freundlich empfangen. Hier wollen wir auf alle Fälle noch einmal Gast sein!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Haus war ideal für uns ( 5 Erwachsene und 1 Schulkind) Für unsere Enkelin gab es ein herrliches Spielzimmer. Alle Zimmer waren schön groß und sehr gemütlich und wohnlich eingerichtet. Bei dem kalten Aprilwetter konnten wir den Kamin im Wohnzimmer gleich nutzen. Auch der gesamte Ort ist eine Reise wert. Mädelswander - Wochenende :)
Sehr schönes Haus was etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut es war alles da was man gebraucht hat. Schöne Wanderruten die sehr schell erreichbar sind. Ein sehr schöner kleiner Ort mit Charm. Die Restaurants sind innerhalb von 3 min erreichbar 😊 Den Ratskeller können wir sehr empfehlen. Dies ist übrigens ein Italienisches Restaurant und keine gut bürgerliche Küche ;) Wir waren zwar nicht mit Kindern unterwegs, aber in dem Haus war in der oberen Etage ein Zimmer was komplett für Kinder ausgerichtet ist.

Gemütliches Haus mit viel Platz
Wir waren zu viert mit 2 Hunden in Stolberg, ein sehr schönes Städtchen, gut geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Das kleine Theater AndersWelt ist einen Besuch wert-sehr besonders!

Schöner Kurztrip in den Harz
Es war ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was wir für zwei Familien brauchten. Die Kinder (4 Stück, Alter 4,5, 7 und 8 Jahre) waren von dem Kinderzimmer unter dem Dach sehr begeistert und haben freudig alles bespielt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und Haushälterin vor Ort war schnell und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Weihnachten in Familie
Wir haben 5 Tage zur Weihnachtszeit źu siebent in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Alle waren begeistert. Ein schönes Fachwerkhaus mit drei Etagen. Es ist anheimelnd,auch durch den Kaminofen. Das Haus ist ganz Top ausgestattet mit allem Drum und Dran. Findet man selten so. Wir waren auf jedenfall sehr zufrieden. Dankeschön an den Gastgeber Jürgen Voigt und Familie
