“This is a lovely house in an incredibly convenient location with downtown only about 15 min away. Nearby Sugar House Park is really nice for a walk, whether you walk or drive there. The neighborhood is beautiful and, although the street is busy, the house is very quiet and the backyard is lovely and quite large. The interior is beautifully updated – the bathrooms and kitchen are really nice. Although we did not cook a lot (there are so many great restaurants), we found the kitchen well stocked....

“My husband and I drive to northern Idaho every year and we always stay in Utah on the way up and on our way back. We like staying in different areas of Utah because it’s such a beautiful state. When we plan our trip, we always take our 3 small dogs so having a large enough home with an enclosed yard is needed. This house was definitely big enough and had a wonderful backyard area. The home was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Karla”
