“We had friends from all over the country fly in for a girl’s weekend and to enjoy the Minnesota Yacht Club festival—highly recommend the house and the festival! The property was the perfect place to relax and make a meal before a heading to the event location. There was plenty of sleeping space (and comfy beds), and we had plenty of hot water even with 7 ladies showering. The owner was helpful and answered questions quickly. We didn’t have kids with us, but older kids/teens would love this...

“The location of this listing is amazing!! 1/2 mile walk to coffee (loved it) Sunday there was a farmers market, ice cream shop, bookstore and the best toy store I’ve ever been too! A couple restaurants nearby as well. The neighborhood is very safe. The park is perfect for walking and the nicest playground for kids. You can see it from the back of the cottage. The hot tub was the perfect way to end the day or in between adventures. The zoo in Apple valley has a charge but has lots to do the zoo...
