"A wonderful stay at Perla Apartments! The location is perfect, being a mere second from the beach. But the staff are the absolute highlight. They were all phenomenal—incredibly friendly, immensely helpful, and always smiling. Their service is truly exceptional, and I can't speak highly enough of their dedication."

"Location of the hotel is perfect 👌rooms are clean and very good size, the views from the balcony were stunning. The staff need some customer service training: on arrival at reception welcoming wasn't great a bit like shop transaction there is your room card and made sure we need to pay for the parking ( when we were booking parking was included is not, you have to pay 15lev per day); the worse was the breakfast staff - for 5 days i didn't get good morning ones. Everything was running out, cutlery, cup, water glasse and they just couldn't bother to top up and when you ask they get angry and thaf is 9am, breakfast is open till10am. At 9.30 they swithing off hot light in the hot buffet and no more topping up, technically they should be saying breakfast is serve until 9.30, because after they staff is cleaning everything. The food options were good though ( if you manage to get some) and everything was tasty."

"The hotel was overall nice. The thing is that it is on a very loud location, on the street. For sure it is not a 4 star hotel, I would give it less. The parking is not available for all guests, you can’t even reserve a space before arriving so we were supposed to pay on the Nesebar parking for our car for 7 days. The food was mid, as the staff and cleanliness. The all inclusive was good because you have food available all of the time, but the quality was low. We were staying for 7 days, and believe me when I say that eating the same breakfast every morning is not healthy nor good. The rooms were ok, my daughter was sleeping on a couch bed which wasn’t very satisfying. I paid for a room of 3 and thought that she will have her own bed but she was sleeping on a couch that could open. I have to mention that the pool cleanliness was awful and I mean it when I say that it wasn’t cleaned for days at least during our 7 day stay. There were coffees that were free because we were paying for all inclusive but not having a cold frappe or any cold coffee during the summer for free when I am paying is hideous. "

"Panorama Blue is located in a perfect location to enjoy the evening and very close to the parking which is included! Thats a big bonus. The room was spotless and was a perfect starting point - just far enough from the tourist shops and a wonderful view in the evening to enjoy the sunset and the harbour. The reception and staff are 5 star. Highly recommeded."
