“Kings Park Motel is an older motel but with freshly modelled rooms with all the basic conveniences. Check in was easy with friendly staff. We had no trouble finding parking. The rooms were a surprise with how fresh they are, with a beautiful modern bathroom, kitchenette facilities & multiple comfortable beds (which is sometimes hard to find what we want when travelling with kids). There is a bit of noise from the road at the front of the motel. A great smaller motel that does the basics really……

“very good location whatever u choose to drive or walk. very easy to reach river side if u just need to walk couple minutes eastbound or southbound. the nearby community is also very good , silent & safe, just few steps to the beautiful Wellington square(park). ”

“Arrived after driving 500kms into Perth spent the next 2 hours driving from hotel to motel looking for a room and this was the last place with one available. So glad! Room was clean. Bed a bit saggy, but otherwise warm and cosier than sleeping in my car. Check-in was quick Receptionist was very nice and helpful after finding no towels in my room. Will stay here again. ”

“Property was near where i had to be. Room was under furnished. No table/desk or small cupboard to pack clothes. Sink was coming detached from wall. Amenities was very basic. Paid a extra $50 deposit when checking in, which was not refunded. Made a full payment of $548 when I booked room. For the amount paid I could have booked a hotel room with much more amenities. ”

Good service but noisy room

"The room window isn’t sound proof; the first room I was staying looking at the main road, the noise from outside traffic came into the room. The hotel needs to do more for it. Whereas, the staff are very helpful to find another room facing backyard for me to change. "
