Find yourself mere minutes from the heart of Swannanoa at this fantastic retreat. Absolutely adorable both inside and out, this quaint home is ready to give you the privacy and peace you desire. Enjoy amazing attractions nearby including Craggy Gardens Visitor Center, Western North Carolina Nature Center, Asheville Pinball Museum, Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center, Pack Square Park, and Chimney Rock, to name a few. Plus, there is plenty of hiking, biking, shopping, and downhill skiing in the area. Back at home, the fun continues, as you will have the firepit on the property to gather around as the stars come out!

Inside, you will be greeted by hardwood floors, contemporary furnishings, and plenty of room to kick back and relax. Each level has a spacious layout providing plenty of room for multiple families or groups of friends to spread out. The upper living area is open and bright, boasting a smart TV for streaming and a foosball coffee table for some added entertainment. There will be no need to venture out for meals with the full kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and bar seating to keep the chef of the group company. The lower level offers a cozy space complete with a kitchenette and cozy living area. Extra perks include central air-conditioning, high-speed WiFi, a desk for remote work/school, and a Pack-N-Play for the little ones.

THINGS TO KNOW
-This building has two units: an upper and lower unit. They are not connected inside and are accessible from separate outside entrances, both located on the back of the building.
-This rental is for both units.
-The front door goes to a space that is not rentable and will never have occupants.
-Streaming is available with guests' own account.
-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
-All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

The house was convenient to Warren Wilson college where we were attending our niece's graduation. The house was in very good shape and had everything we needed.
