“Lovely stay”

“Once inside, the property is very nice. But FINDING it is impossible without careful assistance from the owner. The street address given by VRBO does not exist. The property access is off a run down alley BEHIND where the street address would be. No navigation system in the world could find this place. You have to carefully go down the parallel alley and look for the property. The owner emailed me pictures of the property from the alley which was the ONLY way to actually find it.”

“The outside of the property resembles a junk yard, old beer barrels from the bar/cafe behind the property, uncollected rubbish, dog poo, you have to walk past all of this to get to the front door. The inside of the property was dated but clean. Carpets & rugs in-need of a clean and wash. Location wise it’s just behind Newton Road & a 5 min walk to the sea and bars & restaurants near by. “Well equipped and comfortable apartment in a great location. Town centre in walking distance. It met all our needs and expectations. The agency handling the property were very professional and quickly responsed to any questions we had. The only issue we had concerned visitor parking. A relative came for a visit and parked in the designated vistor parking slot. When she returned to her car she found a parking ticket stating a visitor parking permit was not displayed. “Culver House is in such a perfect position for a few days away or even a week in the warmth. The apartments have all you need and were clean with fluffy towels. The wonderful part, you are just a few steps away from the dunes and beach and only a few steps away from the local pub. The owners are warm and welcoming. Just what we needed after being cooped up for so long!”
