Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. It was ok.

Nice overall. I don't find the staff too friendly, but helpful overall. I asked if they can post the postcards for me (I have already attached stamps), bhr they refused as they said they would then need to be responsible. I am quite surprised by this reply, especially at an ibis hotel chain.
