"The hotel is very conveniently located just next door to main attractions and a short walk to the waterfalls. The staff is very nice and professional. The only negative thing I could think is the "european" (smaller) sizes, but otherwise highly recommend! Thank you Vittoria for contributing to our unforgettable memories."
"No complaints other than minor things that seemed to be missing. No bench or shelf in the shower, had to put things on the floor. The only mirrors were in the bathroom. No luggage holder for suitcases, phone didn't work to contact front desk. Yet NONE of these affected our fabulous stay with a beautiful view of the falls! I hate to even complain, but you asked. Cleaning staff actually found a wallet we thought we had lost, and that was AMAZING. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Will go back and recommend to others."

"Check in with super simple. The house was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with pot pans, dishes, Refrigerator had ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise. There was salt, pepper, and some other spices there. It was close to the falls but with my injury, not walking distance. It was nice to have some time with my sister to reconnect."

"The host was great. She has a nice house. It was a perfect location just off the WeGo bus route which made it easy to get to the falls. Our stay was just a couple night but she has nice towels and beds. It worked perfect for our family of 4 with teenagers who are older. Thanks for a nice stay!"

"This property was listed and paid for. Then the day of travel called to confirm because we had not heard back from anyone on a couple of attempts to contact owner through the app. Call the number of the owner and found out that this person had no idea what this location was and had nothing to do with it. Ended up having to make last second reservations at hotel to save the trip. To their credit VRBO did get us a full refund and compensation for the difference in cost for the hotel booking. The rating of this stay is only reflective of the invalidity of the listing. VRBO is still a class organization but this listing needs to be fixed"
