Our light-flooded and charming apartment is located in a former stable building in Netzeband. If you are looking for a mix of rural life and culture, this is the place for you. Netzeband lies in the midst of an enchanting landscape with expansive meadows, forests and lakes and offers many opportunities to enjoy pure nature. Whether on foot, by bike, on the water or just watching the stork in the meadow and listening to the birdsong, here is something for everyone.
In the summer months, Netzeband transforms into a theater village and offers a very special kind of adventure with the summer theater in the Gutspark. Trips to the Fontanestadt Neuruppin, only 12 km away, and Rheinsberg 20 km away are highly recommended,

War ok, mehr auch nicht. Kann keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell und schön. Es ist angenehm ruhig. Und nun das negative: teilweise sehr Staubig auf den Möbeln. Das Eisfach im Kühlschrank wird mit ein Stück Pappe zugehalten, ist beim aufmachen gleich ganz rausgefallen. Der Fernseher ist locker 15 Jahre alt und ne Katastrophe Das Schlafzimmer ca. 3 QUADRATMETER, die Matratze war total fleckig und alt. Wir hatten zwei kleine Hunde dabei, nicht größer als Zwergpudel die auch nicht Haaren. Am Anfang hieß es. Wir müssen acht Euro pro rund und Tag bezahlen. Am letzten Tag bevor wir gekommen sind, hieß es dann plötzlich zwölf Euro pro Tag und Hund. Wir mussten 96 bezahlen für vier Tage nur für die Hunde, das fand ich ziemlich viel.

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung in Netzeband

Dieses Quartier liegt in dem idyllischen Straßendorf Netzeband, das nach der Wende mustergültig restauriert wurde. Heute fühlen sich auch Künstler von diesem Ort angezogen, davon zeugt das jährlich hier stattfindende Theaterfestival. Sinn für Kunst haben offensichtlich auch die Bewohner des Hauses, in dem sich diese Ferienwohnung befindet. Schon im Treppenhaus begegnet man Keramik und Fotokunst. Der Eindruck setzt sich fort, wenn man das Appartment betritt, auch hier finden sich schöne Grafiken. Die im Dachgeschoss liegende Wohnung ist verblüffend geräumig und stimmig mit Vintage-Möbeln der 60er und 70er Jahre ausgestattet. Durch das sicher drei Meter hohe Giebelfenster geht der Blick in Baumkronen und hinunter auf die Dorfstraße - zu jeder Tageszeit ein schönes Bild. Kurzum: Wer ein schönes Ambiente zu schätzen weiß, wer die Ruhe sucht und einen Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und Wanderungen, der wird sich in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl fühlen. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen.

Zuckerschnute

Wir haben die Wohnung sehr verschmutzt vorgefunden. Dicke Spinnweben unter den Betten und dicker Staub. In der Küchenzeile auf dem Gläserregal ordentlich schmutzig. Dicke lange Spinnweben an der Decke Schlafzimmerbett 140cm und nur von einer Seite einzusteigen. D.h.Einer muss über den Anderen klettern.Ein Dachfenster kaputt, um das andere Dachfenster zu öffnen, muss man aufs Bett klettern. Kein Licht, Lampe ging nicht. Duche mit Vorhang, ein Auslaufmodell. Badfenster lässt nicht schließen. Kühlschrank fehlen Glaseinlagen und Klappe vom Gefrierfach ist kaputt. Minibackofen und Herd ebenfalls eine Zumutung, kann man garnicht richtig was kochen. Zwei Herdplatten nur.Also ganz ehrlich * hervorrragende Bewertung*? Sehr verwunderlich. Nicht mal eine einfache Kaffeemaschine gibt es, nur french press. Mobiliar gut in die Jahre gekommen.Abgeranzte Teppichläufer und Zustellbetten. Ein schönes großes Fenster top, Aussicht, ein Baum steht davor. Übrige Dachfenster keine Abdunklung mòglich. Keine Garderobe oder Haken. Alles in Allem hat diese Unterkunft bei uns nicht gepunktet. Gut ,daß wir eh nur 2 Nächte gebucht hatten.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in der Natur

Die FeWo ist wirklich ein Traum, sieht ins Grüne und viel Natur drum herum. Für Erholung die beste Adresse! Freundliche Vermietung und auf kleine Extrawünsche wurde ohne Probleme eingegangen. Vielen Dank! Das war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal. :)

Ruhe und Natur

Wer Ruhe und Natur mag, ist hier richtig. Die Wohnung wirkt in echt viel größer. Hat alles was man braucht. Im Ort gibt es ein Restaurant in der gleichen Straße. Mega lecker. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und unkompliziert. Ich empfehle den Aufenthalt in Netzeband gern weiter!

Dachgeschoss

Für ein Ehepaar bietet diese Wohnung sehr viel Platz und auch die Umgebung ist eigentlich ruhig und erholsam. Wir hatten nur etwas Pech, dass gerade gegenüber eine Baustelle war, wo morgens um 6 schon gearbeitet wurde - an sich kein Problem ist, aber bei der großen Hitze , mussten wir im Dachgeschoss die Fenster über Nacht öffnen und so endeten die Nächte um 6.00 Uhr. Die Dachfenster bräuchten unbedingt Schattenrollos, denn es schien von morgens bis abends die Sonne auf das Dach und es war nicht angenehm.

Eine Woche Netzeband

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht und von dort aus viel unternommen. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war der Besuch des Theaterstückes "Momo" in Netzeband sowie Wanderungen im "Bombodrom" und in der Umgebung, die Besichtigung der Städte Neuruppin, Rheinsberg und Kyritz, des Haupt- und Landgestüt in Neustadt/Dosse, der Mumie des Ritters von Kalebutz usw. Mehr als ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in Neuruppin, ein Auto ist sehr empfehlenswert.
