"Top of the line for a Motel 6! Older property, but very well kept up. No frills, but everything needed; microwave, mini fridge and CLEAN!!! Staff was exceedingly helpful, especially Amiee (sp?). Lots of road noise, but that's not their fault. As an elderly woman traveling alone, I felt very safe, and comfortable. No grounds, but a great little dog walk area. My only concern was the linens were a bit dingy, doesn't look like they use bleach. But they were clean. I would definitely stay again. As a former/retired hospitality professional, this property gets high marks as a BUDGET property. I capped that because people expect too much of budget properties. Clean, comfy and affordable. That's it."
"Great stay. My only complaint was on the TV’s. Sound through the TV is bad. A sound bar would be good. The hotel has a gal who makes awesome tasting cookies fresh! Sorry I missed her peanut butter cookies!"
"Check in was quick and easy, even late at night.
Room was nice, a standard hotel room, clean and comfortable, all we needed for one night.
Location was good, 25 minutes from Petrified Forest National Park.
Breakfast was free. Nothing spectacular, bagles, yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal were basically the options, but it was nice that it was included.

"Enjoyable stay. It was clean and yard was a great plus for our pets. I was glad there was kitchen condiments- salt, pepper, storage bags, etc. I wish there was a slider door to back yard from bedroom because front yard faces a Main Street and can be noisy at times. I recommend this VRBO as Ron was very responsive to any issue we may have had. Plenty of refrigerators too. "

"Me and my adult kids and 2 grands stayed here for our annual group trip. The cabin was very adequate for 8 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we could need. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of extra bedding and a variety of pillows which I appreciated since I’m picky and usually bring my own. The patio is huge with plenty of chairs and room outside. Our only wish is that it was covered more since the midday sun was hot. The lake is beautiful and it was easy to launch the paddle boards. Overall this is a great spot! "
"It was an older Holiday Inn than we’re used too, but it didn’t look run down. Hotel was still cute, clean and very quiet. The beds wasn’t the greatest, but it wasn’t horrible. Appreciated the clean sheets. Our room had ample space to fit 4 adults, a toddler, and a baby. Appreciate the complimentary roll-in bed & crib. Front desk and room service staff is very nice. Would stay here again!"

"This place is adorable! While it is small, it is very comfortable. Dallas and Connie are fantastic hosts that have thought of everything. They were kind enough to provide toiletries, plentiful towels and bedding, and even the most amazing chocolate chip cookies!!! I'm definitely going back to stay again and again. We did an early check in and the guy at the counter was very nice.
Property was well kept and clean.
Room was comfortable and was exactly as shown in the pictures. Walls could be cleaned a bit, but other than that the room was clean.
We did have breakfast one day. It was simple and good.
Lobby and hallways to the room were very warm, but not an area we hung around so it was fine.
We would most definitely stay here again!
