Summary:
Crafted in collaboration with Carlsberg, our Danish Cabin is a spacious off-grid lodge for groups or families. Tucked near the quarry and waterfall, it invites shared meals, slow mornings, and wild memories.
The Space:
Built with simple Danish elegance, this cabin sleeps six across a bright, wood-lined interior. Think firelight, forest air, and open-plan comfort in the heart of the wild. No running water in the cabin however there is electricity and lighting for your needs. The cabin includes its own kitchen supplies such as a solo stove firepit with cooking grill, prep island and 4 benches around the fireplace. Plenty of space for you to invite guests if you wish.
Guest Access:
From private cabin comfort to the full spread of Kudhva’s 45.5 acres, you’re free to roam. and is only a 5 minute stroll through the woodland from the willow forest.
The Neighborhood:
The cabin is placed at the far end of the site, nestled beside the quarry and waterfall. You’ll feel miles from anywhere—with enough comfort to stay a while. Near to Kudhva is the historical village of Tintagel, bounded with lore it's a beautiful place to explore; also being your nearest port of call for any additional supplies.
Getting Around:
A walk down a winding path leads you to this tucked-away gem. Ideal for group arrivals, shared bags, and slow unpacking. With facilities at the reception, everything you need will be nearbyish - however we advise to bring a torch as there is no electricity or lighting late evening. Remember stock up on the essentials so you dont have to trek back and forth from the reception.
Other Things to Note:
The 10-minute walk between reception and the cabin is steep and through woodland, with uneven terrain, giving a ‘UK expedition feel’. We recommend you bring a backpack, as a suitcase would not be suitable.
Interaction with Guests:
We’ll show you around, then step back. The Danish Cabin is perfect for independent guests who want to gather and ground in nature. Need us just holla, we'll be nearby.
