“The location was perfect. We were about three minutes from the local subway station and were able to connect easily to get around Tokyo to all of our desired locations. “Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. “We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a group of 5 people and the place was very comfortable for us, with extra space that we ended up using. It was an extremely convenient location within close walking distance of two different train stations, convenience stores, and other shops and food places. “Our group loved our stay here! It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busier Tokyo Areas. The house is conveniently only 2 minutes away from a 7/11 and FamilyMart, and 8 minutes away from the train station. While being on the smaller side, the property is still well-kept, and cozy. The owner communicated well through emails, but some instructions were harder to decipher as an English speaker. Overall, a great stay!”

“This was our second time staying at this property. Masa-san and his wife are incredibly kind, generous hosts. We love the neighborhood - so close to the Asakusa subway for easy access. Peaceful neighborhood that also has great energy. We will stay here again and again!”

“A great location and house-we loved the shops and restaurants near the house as well as being close to the train and subway lines. If you want a quiet, local feel house, this is the place. We went in and out of downtown Tokyo but always had a nice quiet place to come home to! Definitely a place to come back to. ”

“We were a large group of 8 people. This is a small two story, narrow place with a third lower height attic/loft. The place was fairly clean but the first night we heard a critter in the walls, probably a mouse or rat. We heard it is common in older houses to have that issue but it did throw us off. There are no separate rooms or doors to close. It’s basically dormitory style. It was fine for what we needed but wouldn’t be our preference and we will not be staying here again.”

“Very clean and quiet. Easy access to trains through Yotsugi Station. Nice family area and kitchen. Really appreciated having a washing machine with clear instructions. A bathroom on the first and second level was nice. Only change would be to have the air on when arriving. It was very hot and took a while to cool.”

"Se nos olvidó una bolsa con dinero en efectivo en la caja fuerte de la habitación y nosotrls nos dimos cuenta hasta que estabamos en el aeropuerto, cuando nos percatamos el hotel ya nos habia enviado un mensaje avisando el olvido y se ofrecian a entregarnos la bolsa en algún punto de encuentro y asi fué. Un representante del hotel fué personalmente casi volando literalmente a dejarnos la bolsa justo antes de que nuestro vuelo saliera. Fue realmente admirable su acto de honestidad y servicio ademas sin costo (solo pagamos el transporte del representante). Estamos muy agradecidos. "
