“Cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband, one year old, and I stayed here. The location is excellent, steps away from gorgeous Coco Beach and a sparkling swimming pool. Along the shore the facility has comfy Adirondack chairs and beach loungers right by the shore. Maybe we saw 10 people on the beach on the busiest day. The condo is gorgeous with all the appliances you’d need- microwave, oven, stove, fridge, washer/dryer, can opener, utensils, etc. There is air conditioning……

“I was very happy with the choice of staying at this place. I stayed for two months and was able to cook. The beds were comfortable and the space felt large. There is a large front porch with rocking chairs that has views of the mountains. So when it rains you can still hang out on the porch. The sunset clouds are so beautiful. There is the most wonderful local family that overseas the property. The only downside is the road up to the place is really rough.”

“The condos are new so all looks nice and the AC works great, but they have many details to still work out. Although listed as having use of a pool, there is no pool for the condos. Also listed in popular amenities a washer and dryer, there are NO washers or dryers. Also many days the Water pressure really really low. I’m sure they will continue to work out the details as they get more people. But definitely ask specifically for an amenity that you want to make sure they have it. Hope this……

“This location cannot be beat, with just steps to the pool and ocean. The only critique would be that the living room furniture isn’t the most comfortable so there isn’t really anywhere to lounge inside. BUT the views and location are amazing and we had a wonderful stay!! ”

“Beautiful spot in a safe gated community with perfect barreling waves out front and a pool bar on the beach. Exactly as pictures show. Had a great trip.”

“Can’t beat facing the beach and enjoying the view. Only 4 stars as screens weren’t working so had many many bug bites through the whole stay, especially at night even though house shut at night. On first day, requested screens be repaired which had to be done as replacements after we left. A shame this wasn’t noticed by management before we arrived, so we could have enjoyed the stay more. Hopefully it will work for next vacationers.”
