“We had club room, showers was not having water pressure, no or less hot water . Sink was clogged did complain multiple times guy came and tried but water was not going after few hours this was condition till our last day of four nights stay, power outages multiple times have to put keycard in again and again and it was not working multiple times. Staff was nice but facility is poorly Maintained or useless management. ”

“Was worried about staying at this property because last month we stayed in hayatt hotel but how manager handled everything was amazing,I suffer with my stomach and soon as he found out he ask chef’s to make moong khichadi for us. 5 minutes walk and you see marks and Spencer and other good stores and if you take rickshaw and visit lovely park and all famous places so it’s a very convenient spot.I would stay here again and recommend to everyone because the service we get from here never gets from...

“Great place to stay in Lucknow. We had a great day at arth stays. The room was quite spacious with all premiums facilities like pvt balcony with city view. The stay was very peaceful and location of the property is very convenient as all major places like malls hospital business centre are just step away.
