Condo was spacious enough for my family of 8, clean, and , close to downtown TC. Nice private beach and pool. There were plenty of chairs, so no need to go down at 5am and reserve them! Would definitely recommend this place!

What a great week! We have been staying at this complex for 7 years. This unit was far and away the nicest. Incredibly clean, spacious and full of amenities. Also, really liked that we had the option to book from Saturday to Saturday. Highly recommended.

My wife and I and our two elementary-age kids really enjoyed our week in Traverse City. This was our fourth summer spending a week in a condo at the Peninsula Bay Resort Condominiums, a different unit each time, and we really enjoyed this particular unit. Although this is a side unit and doesn't look directly out at the bay, the condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and good for the kids (and you still get a partial view of the bay from the balcony). The condo complex is in a great location, offering great access to a nice part of the beach on the East Bay, and has a nice pool. We enjoy the relaxing nature of the East Bay over the hustle and bustle of the West Bay and definitely look forward to returning to this condo complex again in the future.

The condo’s are beautiful, secure, spacious. Cleanest condo I have ever rented. The appliance’s were great( we couldn’t figure out the icemaker). This complex runs perpendicular to the beach. Our condo was just off a very busy street, at a stop light. The view in the picture is correct. The beach is nice with chairs provided. We didn’t plan what we wanted to do, most of our sites were to the west, we were in East Bay. I felt eating places in the area were very limited. We found some nice ones. We ate in, equipment was ideal. There are several doors to get through to get to the unit. It requires a key to get into the building, one to get on your floor, and of course the room door and key. The sad part was no carts available at moving in and out. We left very early and there were no carts. We carried out our cargo by pieces. Apparently, the two carts available were being held in a renters condo. They never showed up. Hard to get belongings of five people down in separate. Maybe a sign posted to return carts ASAP. Enjoyed the trip.

Just The Right Extras
We were very well pleased with this condo. So much light! Even the extra bedroom had a big window. Very well decorated. Comfortable king bed! I liked the added extras that Christine did. Like a bottle of wine, durable paper towels (not like the cheap ones you usually get), ample clothes detergent and others. Very good communication from Christine. We will definitely stay again here.
