“It is close to the train and bus station and walkable. The hotel is in a residential building and I had to ask around before I got to the place. As for the room, it was very simple, a bed and a refrigerator under a small table that doubled as a nightstand. The shower in the bathroom is connected to a small water heater, so hot water ran out on me twice while showering. It will also get the toilet wet.
