Waverly is wonderful!
We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! Great, quiet neighborhood, with restaurants within walking distance. Cute pool area with lots of sun. The King bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Tucson. Thanks for being dog-friendly!

Loving Tucson
Quaint older bungalow with everything you need for a pleasurable stay. The neighborhood was perfect for walking around with a great location close to downtown, stores and restaurants. The outdoor area of the house was perfect for relaxing in privacy after a day of hiking or sightseeing. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t warm enough for us to swim while we were here but enjoyed sitting around it. The owner Tom took very good care of us while we were here and was easy to reach when needed. We are hoping to come again next year!

Wonderful place to stay!
This house was perfect for us. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Great kitchen stocked with everything you need. The pool was cold but we still went in to escape the heat. Air conditioning was amazing in the house. Can control for each room. Hosts were very responsive. There are no floats for the pool and you should bring soap for showers and to wash hands in bathroom.

Waverly house
This place is amazing. Very unique eclectic home that was not only quiet but a place to really decompress from the hustle and bustle of faced pace city life to the north (ie Glendale, AZ). My children 14 and 10 enjoyed the pool as well as being close to some of their comfort stores like Sprouts. We went to Reid Park Zoo just a few minutes away and also toured Colossal Cave which was about 25minutes away. This property was exactly as pictured and the owber was quick to respond with questions. This truly is a gem in Tucson and I highly recommend it. Tammi Watkins

Intro to Tucson
My husband, daughter and I stayed for a week at this property. We got in a little late but the exterior lights were on and the directions for getting into the house were perfect. The house was very clean, the beds extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and was central to the museums, parks etc... that we were traveling to each day. Nothing really in walking distance, but it was easy to find our way around by car. Tucson is very spread out but the food was great, there was plenty to do and we had a lovely time. Great house. Would stay there again!

Charming house and dog friendly
We stayed 4 nts, 2 people & a dog. The house was very comfortable and as described. Nicely equipped kitchen. Easy access and no issues checking in or out. The enclosed backyard was very convenient for our dog. A little bit of searching for remotes for the heat controls but we found them! Nice looking pool but too cold to try it.

Christmas in Tucson
We enjoyed everything about our Christmas stay in the Waverly house! The bed was very comfortable, had a spacious bathroom, loved the enclosed back yard for letting our dog out in the mornings, the kitchen so well stocked, even a hand mixer to make the icing for Christmas cinnamon buns:) The owners were friendly and easy to work with, 1st when we needed to change a reservation date, and again helping with locations to host our grand daughters birthday party. Highly recommend-especially to those who travel with their dog, so pet friendly. We definitely plan to return to the Waverly house. Pam and Bill

Love this house!!!
We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was perfect for our family . We only wished we could have stayed longer! From waking up in the morning and enjoying a cup of coffee by the pool to sitting out on the back patio late afternoon to hanging out in the kitchen/dining room over a cocktail, we were so happy. The beds are super comfortable and the space is so nice. The property is in a centrally located and quiet neighborhood that is close to the university and many great restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Comfortable Stay
We enjoyed our four night stay. The house is as shown in the pictures and we found it to be very comfortable right from the start. The kitchen is well stocked and we used the bbq one night. The deck area around the pool was a great spot to relax and enjoy a beer. We had an issue with the coffee maker the first day and after e-mailing the owner, Kathy came by and immediately went out and bought a new coffee maker and kettle. It was very much appreciated for the rest of our stay. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great Stay!
This was a great property for two couples in town for a football game. Bedrooms and bathrooms are plenty spacious, kitchen is well stocked and the pool area was perfect. We spent time in the pool each day and even though it’s not heated, we found the temperature to be fine. Nice neighborhood too. We would highly recommend this property!

This quick vacation to Tucson was made all the more enjoyable because of the comfort of this home. We really enjoyed the uncluttered openness of the living spaces and the outdoor patios were relaxing and on oasis for enjoying the outdoors, in the morning and evening. The pool was additionally cooling and relaxing.

Restful Week Away
The clean, comfortable house was just right for a week away. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, and we were happy to find a coffee grinder in addition to the coffee maker. Quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to many amenities, including restaurants. We spent most of the week sitting by the pool, reading. Pool was cold, but just warm enough to enjoy on a hot afternoon. Beds were particularly comfortable, soft but not sagging.

Comfy house for friends vacation!
The house was clean and tidy! Too chilly for the pool but was still nice to sit around and enjoy the sunshine. For first time to AZ it was a nice location to restaurants and breakfast/brunch. Would rent again but need more than just a sofa in the tv room. Couple more chairs would help for chatting and drinks. Was a great time!

Great place to stay in Tucson
This is very cute, clean and well appointed property reasonably close to the Univ. Of Arizona (2 miles). Nice neighborhood close to some good restaurants and super market so centrally located. House was very clean. I would stay here again for sure.
