"Perfect spot for a quick overnight in Old Colorado for the Garden of the Gods race weekend! Amazing soaking tub, great kitchen, very cozy bed and loved listening to the rain on the overhead window. Would definitely come back and spend some more time here!!"

"This place is a gem, with very welcoming vibes, and extremely clear and easy instructions and check-in/out procedures. I found its location to be very convenient for walking to downtown, but it’s just far enough away from the bars and clubs to make for a peaceful and quiet stay."

"Allen and Martha were excellent hosts. They were extremely accommodating and quick to reapond to any communication. The property was well stocked and prepared for an extended stay. It was very clean and cozy as well. The neighborhood was super quiet and really close to a lot of things like old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and Garden of the Gods."

"Very tranquil and peaceful location with a beautiful view of pikes peak! Super close to pikes peak highway and I checked out the winery that is close by too. Definitely recommend staying here! Check-in was easy. The owners were very nice and even helped me clear the snow off my car before I left. Thank you!!"

"DO NOT BOOK THIS!!!! This must be a fake listing. We awaited the check in instructions that never came. The phone number listed on the reservation went straight to voicemail without a call back ever. I spent nearly 2 hours teying to figure out what I needed to do to check in, then calling Orbitz customer support and talkking with a rep and a supervisor and then finding another place to stay at the last minute. "
