Rental - Rügen-Fewo 19

We offer you a 62 square meters apartment in a detached house with a large terrace. Bathroom with shower, tub and toilet and a separate toilet and a guest / WC on the ground. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, one that can be combined with 2 single beds optionally. You have a large kitchen with fitted kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker) with a dining table, and a living area with seating area and TV and a fireplace. Bed linen and towels please bring with you.  

Our 2011 newly built detached house is equipped with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and additional toilet on the upper floor and a guest toilet on the ground floor, kitchen and a large terrace. At the house is a carport available.

Sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und fue Betten sehr bequem. Toll das WC und Bad getrennt ist, wer Teenager hat wird es verstehen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und das Ferienhaus liegt etwas abgelegen, wer also Aktion sucht ist hier leider falsch. Für uns mit Kids und Hund war es perfekt.

Ummanz Ruhe pur

Das Haus ist für seine 62m2 sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Großer Wohnbereich mit integrierter Küche. Komfortabler Badbereich und separate Toiletten oben und unten. Leider konnten wir den Aussenbereich nicht nutzen, da das Wetter nicht mitspielte. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlt praktisch an nichts. Die Bemerkung einer Bewertung kann ich nicht teilen, wir bekamen alle Teller sehr wohl in die Spülmaschine. Selbst eine Waschmaschine hätte man nutzen können, wir hatten allerdings genug Wechselwäsche dabei. Alles in Allem ein schönes kleines Haus am Ar… der Welt, so wie wir es wollten.

Sauberkeit und Einrichtung

Die Reinigungsgebühr war total überbezahlt. Das Objekt war in einem sehr dreckigen Zustand. Überall Spinnen und -weben, innen und besonders außen, an den Wänden, am Carport, am Dachüberstand an der Haustür, besonders schlimm im Schuppen (der kaum begehbar war, die Gartenstuhl-Sitzauflagen konnte man nicht mehr benutzen, darin wohnen wohl seit Jahren die Spinnen, zudem hängt dort das gesamte Putzmaterial rum), das Brennholz und der Unterstand dafür total verdreckt und scheinbar seit Jahren nicht gereinigt (zudem stand dort eine vergammelte Kiste rum, die voller Dreck war), die Treppe war nicht gesaugt, es gab keinen Badteppich sodass den ganzen Tag das Wasser auf dem Boden stand, im Schlafzimmer kein Verdunklungsrollo, im Bad kein Sichtschutz, kein Brotmesser, ein riesiger (unnützer) Spiegel im Gästeklo, den man besser unten im Flur hätte gebrauchen können, die Eßteller passten - wegen der Größe - nicht in die Spülmaschine, in der Anzeige wurde die falsche Hausnummer angegeben (33 statt 16a), der Staubsauger war so dreckig, dass man sich fragt, wie man damit überhaupt saugen kann, das Schlafzimmer war nicht richtig gesäubert, es lag Müll unter dem Nachttisch, im Gästeklo hing noch ein benutztes, feuchtes Handtuch. Also insgesamt sehr unsauber. Ich frage mich, wofür die Putzfrau überhaupt ihr Geld bekommt. Eine unmögliche Angelegenheit. Insgesamt ist das Haus und die Lage aber sehr schön.

Sehr schönes kleines schickes Ferienhäuschen, absolut ruhige Lage.

Nicht weit vom Bodden entfernt. Der Bodden ist in Sichtweite. Der einzigste Nachteil ist das man einen sehr schlechten oder fast gar keinen Handy Empfang hat (D2). Aber desto trotz, jeder Zeit wieder.
