Bright apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in the center of Valencia next to the City of Arts and Sciences. 10 minutes walk from the Town Hall Square and the historic city. Beach to 4 km public transport connection. Next 2 malls and grocery stores. A 1 minute of free playground magnificent Gulliver and Turia Gardens (19 km long). Quiet but with plenty of restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walking area. The apartment is on the third floor of a building of 7 floors with 2 lifts.

It has WiFi Internet connection and high-speed wire as being optical fiber.

It has air conditioning in two rooms. Safe, TV in living room and master bedroom. DVD, 2 bathrooms. 1 double bed and two beds of 1. 10 m wide, another bed 90. Option of adding a folding bed 80 cm. The 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, kitchenware, etc. Capacity for 6 people

Available crib and highchair for babies (Free). Toys available for children so that they are entertained in the apartment
