“Excellent front desk staff”

“The hotel has 175 rooms, my friend and I we were the only guests in the hotel. They gave us a terrible welcome, they didn't provide to us any information and they lied about services. They didn't open to us the bowling, they didn't want to open the swimming pool and they were rude when we tried to complain. It was not a language issue, because my friend speaks Polish. Luckily, the manager she was kind and helped us because the receptionists were totally unprofessional for a 4 stars hotel....

“Lovely older place on a fairly active lake. Our stay was only 1 day but would have liked to stay longer. The owner was extraordinarily helpful and welcoming. ”
