Apartamento de lujo junto al canal en el corazón de Dorsoduro

Ca 'Leonessa es un apartamento de lujo recientemente restaurado (2010) ubicado en el corazón de Venecia. Está a un corto paseo de las estaciones de autobús y tren. Debido a su excelente ubicación, todos los sitios de Venecia están a poca distancia a pie o un par de paradas en el vaporetto. En el equipamiento del apartamento, la principal consideración ha sido crear un oasis cómodo y acogedor para usted después de una ajetreada visita a la mágica Venecia.

La sala de estar (que da al canal y al Campo San Barnaba) cuenta con dos sofás Natuzzi (un sofá cama doble), un sistema de sonido Linn y televisión de alta definición con reproductor de DVD / CD.

Ambas habitaciones son amplias y luminosas con camas cómodas y tienen mucho espacio para colgar / guardar en los armarios a medida. El dormitorio 1 tiene una lujosa cama doble con finas sábanas y telas tradicionales venecianas. El dormitorio 2 tiene dos camas individuales. Ambos baños están completamente alicatados con duchas de hidromasaje.

Buena comunicación y atención del dueño y el personal inmobiliario. Perfecta ubicación. El único detalle a señalar son los escalones entre espacios del departamento, de los cuales fuimos claramente advertidos, pero que pudieran propiciar un tropezón y accidente ocasional.

Very positive assessment of the apartment, which meets the expectations and the price, with two exceptions: If it is a day when young people make street party with drink and music, you can not sleep until three in the morning. On the other hand, in the bathrooms lack a cabinet where you can leave your clothes and a shelf in the shower to put things in the toilet

Location was good. We could have used more bath towels since we were there for 4 days and the bathroom drying racks didn’t work. Need to bring your own soaps and it would have been nice to have some kind of a shelf in the shower for toiletries. Lots of paint chips on the floors.

Location was close to water taxi station and peaceful nights for sleeping. Area for improvement would be cleanliness- shower overflowed x2, contacted maintenance folks and reported they had repaired. Freezer is fullOf snow- not functional as not cleaned in long time. Fridge also dirty when arrived- food bits on fridge shelves. Note there are several stone steps to go up which are challenging if using cane and have heavy bags. Bianca helped us carry them! Washing machine worked but not the dryer. Bianca who checked us in left us with restaurant suggestions that were terrific. Service was excellent! Thank you Bianca!

We absolutely loved this darling place in a fantastic neighborhood. We were close to everything you need, vaporetto stations, restaurants, market, shopping, wine everything! It is right on a canal and it is amazing. Contact with the hosts was amazing too. Nothing bad things to say about this property.

Amazing stay at this VRBO.Jonathan was very responsive and the greeter was as well. Great location and the apartment was as advertised. Only thing to note is the canal was very noisy until late at night. We knew that when we booked as it was in the reviews, but it went later than we thought each night. We were glad we only booked 3 night as we would have been sleep deprived if stayed longer.All in all we enjoyed our first trip too Venice!

This was an excellent apartment for a weekend with our family of 5. Checkin was very straight forward even though we wanted to checkin earlier than usual. The apartment has the charm of a period building but with modern bathroom and kitchen facilities. Everything was clean and well kept. It is situated in a quiet part of venice with views overlooking the canals. There are no shortage of fantastic bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Thumbs up to Jonathan the host for answering all our questions about transfers and restaurant tips. We will be staying here again when we return to venice.

Great location

The apartment was nice and in a great location. Many locals lived in this part of town. The bar across the canal was a meeting point for many locals and tourists and always entertaining. Close by are fantastic places for gelato, bread, espresso, and food. The apartment was clean with a great shower. All in all it was a nice experience.

Lovely apartment, just by a canal and the “Fighting Bridge”in a close but quiet neighborhood. Good bars and restaurants are close and the apartment managers were helpful with tips and recommendations. Gondola stop just across the bridge.
