“所在小区环境很好 宾馆房间的条件也非常完美 房间很大卫生间也很大还有厨房唯一不足的是淋浴室实在太小了 人在里面根本不能转动 另外 地理位置十分不好 离最近的地铁站步行需要三十分钟左右 但是性价比还算高 所以还是比较满意的一次住宿”

“We arrived early because of our flight and we were thrilled because our apartments were ready and we were able to check in! They were also very friendly and accommodating upon checking in and out. Rooms were spacious and clean, location was easy to get everywhere. Would definitely recommend ”

“A good location but be aware that the nearest metro station close at night so if you want to go clubbing be walk a little more. Milan Retreats has a strong support if you have any question about the room and the city. Also recommendations and information are given so well. You can ask question even in midnight, this is a really good thing about this place. But one thing is that the hot water was finished in the period we lived, we have to wait for 1 hour of the hot water. But nothing worst.……

“酒店房內非常好，有廚房有露台，空間很大，只是不知為何要有個特別的門在房內，開不到的，應該通往隔離房的，感覺很不好不自在，另外早餐實在太爛，面包居然也可以難食到如此，食完腸蛋會肚痾的”

“入住前幾日已經不停問我甚麽時間到，由email隔左一陣就直接whatapp 我，因為太遲要另外收費，都明白嘅，本身2:00 check in，咁我同佢講下午3:00會到，但當我去到時上到房時，職員原來還未清潔好，還問我幾點會Check out，咁我答朝早8:00，然後職員要多半小時左右先清潔完，我都算了，等一等，咁到第二日中午我問職員會否有人來清潔，結果到當晚冇人回覆，毛巾唯有用回前一晚，算了，到第二日我離開時都沒人回應我，咁我就whatsapp番職員，結果我回港後4日後都沒人回覆我，只顯示係兩個　✅，已讀不回，其實我都只係要覆一個ok啫，其實不用煩不用錢的”

“Excellent conditions and super nice and helpful staffs. Well equipped kitchen including dish washing machine. Big size room with washing/drying machine which is great for me. The air conditioner only work in warm mode because of the winter setting, that make us too hot especially during the sleep. ”

“AC need to pay, extra towel and paper row need to pay. If you open the window, is very noisy as it face right to the Milan Central Station. ”

“The hotel is pretty close to the Milan Central Train Station and M2 metro line (within 5 to 10 minutes by foot). The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is big, though a bit old, is clean. All drink in the room is free of charge, which is great. Overall the experience is good.”
