The terrace is such an asset in the hot Madrid weather and gives an area to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Communication with Flavie was excellent I would thoroughly recommend the apartment for a very enjoyable Madrid visit ”

“Le précédent commentaire sur la communication a probablement été pris en compte car nous avons reçu toutes informations de la part de la propriétaire via Whatsapp 1 ou 2 jours avant notre séjour et notre arrivée a été extrêmement simple.Appartement « chez l’habitant » situé au 2 eme étage donnant sur petite rue, très bien équipé, très propre, et extrêmement bien situé (commerces ouverts très tard, restaurants, transports si besoin (nous avons tout visité à pied)). “Great location in Madrid, a few steps from a subway station. Beautifully decorated apartment, with lovely artwork pieces including images of swirling Dervishes, tapestries, vases… A selection of great books from James Baldwin to Amin Maalouf, art books on Madrid architecture, Goya’s paintings… very comfortable bedroom, and so on. If you add the nicest host ever, what else can you ask for? A pure delight! Thanks for everything! 🙂”

“Cute little place - lovely area - quick access to the Metro and quietier neighbourhood. Javier was so wonderful giving us suggestions of things to do. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Pedro was such a charming host and carried our very heavy bag up to the apartment. The location is perfect, the beds were comfortable, the temperature was nice and cool during some very hot days in Madrid, and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy family time. We did not mind the four flights of stairs, but we walk and hike regularly. It was also easy to catch a taxi out front. We really enjoyed looking down at all the action from the balcony. Thank you……

“L'appartement est très récent et bien situé. Un garage est à disposition donc très pratique. Le seul petit reproche serait au niveau de l'intimité. Les stores et les portes transparentes ne permettent pas d'allumer le soir sinon tout le monde peut vous voir dans la pièce à vivre, la douche ou la chambre. C'est peut-être un élément à améliorer pour ne pas vivre sans lumière. Et pour cuisiner peu d'ustensiles (il manque des indispensables comme une passoire par exemple).”

“The apartment was clean and and very well furnished. If you are looking for a place that is not in the city center, this appartment is just perfect. Well located, next to a few metro station, just steps from all essential amenities and restaurants. Also very quiet at night even if it's close to a busy street.”
