Management property was no help when asking if there were extra linens for the pull out sofa & where the hot tub was located. Pictures show a sauna but there was not one. WiFi was unstable. Shower mat & curtain were dirty (potentially a bit of black mold.) the walkway to the door was a sheet of ice. ...

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was large, warm, and had nice hot water for tub/shower. Very convenient to the theatre, restaurants and a tavern. Walkable even though very cold.
