"Hemlock Point Lodge was a perfect fit for our group of 15 guys for a bachelor party getaway. There were plenty of sleeping spots, and the home is large enough for everyone. The heart of the home (kitchen/living room/game room) with a view of the pond was amazing, and the decor really made you feel like you were in a lodge. The covered back porch was great for escaping the rain, and cooking on the big grill. The pond and all the water stuff was a ton of fun. Overall, an amazing stay, and people...

"Landon was so communicative, his place was beautiful and perfect for a large group. It's pretty far from stuff so most people didn't have service but the wifi worked well. Everything was as written - except for a few things (e.g. couldn't find speaker charger, burners wouldn't turn on for a bit) although Landon was communicative and helpful throughout. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cups, coffee, tea, trash bags, etc. Note: no dishwasher so we used a lot of one-time-use...

"Sean, We had the best year of fishing in over a decade. The property is awesome, and access to the water is easy. One silly item would be more hooks on the wall to hang clothing. Also, I wasn't sure how to turn on the baseboard heater in the bedroom. I turned on the bathroom and left the door open."

All logistics/ practicalities on point... communications gracious, the location is perfect, this cozy cabins minimalistic 70s charm is highlighted by having all windows & decks so you feel connected to outside even inside!! Perfect & charming... We celebrated the Solar Eclipse here and can't wait to come back before the next one, lol!!!"

"My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!"
