Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!”

“one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.”

“We had the BEST experience!! Leah was extremely helpful!! It has great amenities if ur looking to stay and enjoy each others company without having to entertain anybody. The bed and couches were comfy, I was toasty warm even though there was a Springtime snowstorm and I appreciate the countless thoughtful supplies (bananas, muffins, toiletries, so many kinds of Keurig coffee and teas). The owner was quick to answer any questions and very accomodating when I had to leave early for a pet emergency at home.I will return next time I am in the area!”
