Sand Pebble Studio is a one-bedroom apartment at Marley Beach Drive, South Shore, Bermuda. Located on private Marley Beach. The beach and ocean views are just great! Gas BBQ provided.

Steps away from beautiful and private Marley Beach, central to just about everything anyone could wish to do in Bermuda with convenient bus stops at the bottom of the driveway. Restaurants, golf, tennis, sightseeing and shopping only minutes away. Sand Pebble is a rare gem in Bermuda for the visitor who doesn't want the large hotel and prefers to get out and do their own exploring and discovery while staying in one of the most romantic, private and beautiful settings in Bermuda!

Sand Pebble has reverse cycle a/c, a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, large bed/sitting room with king sized bed, dining table/chairs, flat-screened TV, patio with umbrella, table, chairs and barbecue.

Sunrises, Sunsets, Snorkeling and Whales. Sand Pebble faces south, and no matter the time of year or weather, the sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and memorable.

Whale watching with frequent sightings of migrating humpbacks early in the mornings and early evenings during March, April, and sometimes into May, June and beyond. The whales are often within half a mile of the beach as they come in during the night to protect their young. You don't need binoculars to watch them frolicking, breaching, and just cavorting in Bermuda's tranquil and protected waters.

You can even see large parrot fish feeding on the reefs close to the shore right from Sand Pebble's patio overlooking the beach.

Perfect getaway!

Lovely spot, private, restful, relaxing... yet with all the support one might need from the property manager (Gordon), the driver connection, the local buses... Recommended for a quick getaway to paradise... take a ziploc bag to collect seaglass on the beach! Brad Toronto, Canada

The property location is outstanding. The view every time you look out of the window is breath taking with just a few steps down to the beach. Also just a minute's walk to the bus stop for location transportation around the island. The Hosts gave fantastic support both before and during our stay. The property would benefit from a refit, but this did not detract at all from a great stay at Sand Pebble. We would definitely return...

We’ve stayed at amazing resorts all over the world, but this little studio situated 60 feet above the beach offered the best ocean view that we’ve ever had. The accommodations were nice and just perfect for us. Access to a private beach was right down the steps. Watching the sunrise on a turquoise sea with a cup of coffee…it just doesn’t get much better than that! Gordon, the caretaker, was wonderful. He was always responsible and very accommodating. It was a pleasure speaking with Steve, the owner. He was very informative and had us excited with expectation. It was way better than we expected. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Bermuda. In fact, we won’t consider any place else for our next trip to Bermuda.

Great location, beautiful spot!

My wife and I stayed here in late October and absolutely loved it! The views are absolutely stunning, especially for sunrises. As others have mentioned recently, the storm surge from Hurricane Fiona washed out all of the sand from the small beach area behind the property so it will be unusable for the foreseeable. There’s a beach within walking distance down the road, though the steps down from the roadway to the beach are hardly steps anymore, so it can be a little treacherous if you’re not careful. Alternatively you can hop on the bus and be at Horseshoe Bay in less than 10 minutes. It’s a gorgeous beach that rightly deserves its title as one of the top beaches in the world, I highly recommend checking it out. There are bus stops going in either direction along South Rd. right by the entrance of the property, so making your way to any other part of the island(s) is easy. Gordon was also super helpful and provided a ton of useful tips and info at check in. I also recommend setting up transportation to/from the airport ahead of time through Gordon. It will not only be a bit cheaper than a taxi, it will also give you the opportunity to meet Andre. He is a great driver and all around wonderful person.

My husband and I spent 5 nights in the Sand Pebble and can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. From the fantastic communication from Steve, Natalie, and Melanie to the peaceful, private, and central location we feel we found the best place to stay on our first trip to Bermuda. Sand Pebble is cosmetically a little dated, but we found it to be very comfortable and have everything we needed. Loved spending our evenings sitting outside on the grassy cliff or making our way down to the beautiful beach for a swim and walk. Big thank you to the prior occupants who left us their bus passes! We took full advantage and traveled all over the island. You can’t go wrong renting this unit (or the other 2 on site) and we look forward to returning.

perfect studio for 2. such a great trip!! beautiful ocean views. we basically had a beautiful beach all to our selves. great water temp, surf, walks on the beach and around the rocks. check in was easy and natalie was great to correspond with. the studio was well stocked and bed is very comfortable. sand pebble is in a great location to travel into hamilton and several other resort restaurants. we did rent an electric vehicle but could have easily used the bus for transportation. we had one day that was rainy and overcast but even then we were able to sit out on the beach or outside the unit and enjoyed the views. we would definitely return to this place!!!

Really nice setting and view. Accommodation was as advertised. Comfortable bed. Good, quite air conditioning unit. Issues: many small ants in kitchen despite recent exterminator treatment (note that we carefully put food away. Nails protruding upward in upholstered seats at glass dining table. Refrigerator leaked on floor. Need more glasses and storage in bathroom.

Bermuda at the Sand Pebble

Quiet and beautiful

We loved how close the place was to the buses (just the end of the driveway.) We did not think to order groceries in advance, and I would def do that if we came back. The view is amazing and so peaceful - lots of mediation and reflection from the top of the bluff. WHALES on the horizon, daily in the AM !! The steps to the beach were much appreciated and safe. Easy to get into town or towards the beaches. Watch for the days- possibly Wed and Sat for the produce stand near Astwood park- money saver. The Apt has a fair assortment of herbs and spices and cooking gear. Never heard a peep from any neighbors. We will recommend this spot to ANY friends who are coming this way. Gordon will answer all your questions, texts, and emails. LOVED IT!

Ocean Beach Studio

The studio was great, accurately pictured with a beautiful beach view , we also went down to the beach with the stair access, and it was very nice. There was a booklet with information that was helpful, the only problem we had was that the heater would not work and the the book indicated that there was laminated instructions, which we could not find to operate the heater and it was a cold night the first night we were there. We contacted Gordon and he said he would come over and take a look at it, but he did not let us know when he would be over, so apparently he showed up when we were out. Anyway, he said he had a key and would come back over and called us to say that he would need to have someone come and take a look at it and asked if we could be there to let this person in so I indicated that we were out all day trying to see the sites of Bermuda, I was surprised we were asked if we could be there to let this person in since we were on vacation trying to see Bermuda. so there was no communication after that if someone actually did come over to fix the heater, but it did start working the last two days we were there which did help because the nights were chilly. We had a great vacation, Bermuda is a beautiful place and the people were very friendly.

Old Bermuda Getaway

Both my wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at Sand Pebble Studio. We have been to Bermuda many times. Usually, we stay at the Hamilton Princess. This was our first time in a condo like setting. It did not disappoint. Just the proximity to a world class beach would have been enough. But, the accommodations were great. And, both Steve and Gordon made every effort to make our stay effortless. The only problem was that we couldn’t stay longer. We will come again!
