“Super cozy, homey, quiet and cute!”

“Was very comfortable. Nice area. Would recommend for someone that wants to relax. Only drawback is owner lives upstairs, so you do hear walking around and a little noise from upstairs. But overall it is worth it for a nice stay.”

“Dorothy’s place is very sweet and comfortable and exactly as advertised. It was a good home away from and we could easily get to all the lovely and interesting things in the area. I enjoyed sitting in the back yard as well as in the lovely apartment. I recommend it.”

“This fabulous house, a block from downtown Mystic, worked well for our family group of six adults! The house is charming, with lovely art (at least one signed by the owner, if I’m not mistaken), great landscaping, and fresh cut flowers, books, and games. The kitchen was great for cooking a few meals, and we also grilled in the backyard. Also nice to walk to many restaurants. Comfy beds, nice linens, plenty of towels. Also loved the porch! The owners responded quickly when we had questions....

“Great home - beds are super comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful”

“We were in the area for a visit to local college, and we splurged on an overnight. So glad we did! Spotlessly clean, beautifully restored historical property right in the heart of a neighborhood and in walking distance to downtown. Comfortable beds, art supplies, games, and a well-appointed kitchen. Our daughter didn’t choose the college, but we will be back just to stay here again! Thank you for a truly special property.”

“Beautiful home with ocean views. perfect location.stayed here for uri graduation ; outdoor deck with grill and plenty of property for a gathering. Large kitchen on 3rd floor viewing the ocean large master suite; 2nd floor with another sitting room multiple bathrooms and another 3 bedrooms 1st floor sunroom leading to outside-there are multiple levels with stairs but there is an accessible elevator- sunroom attaches to garage with beach supplies and ping pong table Everyone had a great time...
