“The property has some safety issues that need to be addressed. Master bed was comfortable. Didn’t sit outside as there were too many bugs. The host was communicative prior to arrival. ”

“We needed to book at trip at the last minute (2 days before, with dogs) and was very happy to find this available! The unit was just as expected and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The location is walking distance to downtown Yorkeville (great food/bars, walking, etc) but also a park 2 blocks in the other direction so the dogs were very happy. Although we didn't use it, there was a garage we could have parked in. Check in went smoothly and communication with the Owner was easy. Check...

“Beautiful scenic view of the river. First time fishing for my son, who absolutely adored it! Thank you for the host for being so generous and letting us borrow his fishing supplies. Neighbors were nice. The state park was fun to visit too. We grilled, made s'mores, relaxed, and had an amazing long weekend. Would highly recommend. ”

“We were disappointed in this unit. This is a very old building that needs a lot of work. The windows are filthy. The front door mats are bunched up in a pile on the front stoop. The ‘movie themed’ decor was chinsy at best. The parking area is filled with garbage, broken cinder blocks, a tire, and a junked car. There weee old shoes on balcony. The ‘landscaping’ was filled with garbage and debris. The check-in rules and regulations are extensive (requiring expensive insurance or $5,000 cash...
