Inns of Waterville Valley offers a shared outdoor grilling area in the summer and a coin-operated community Washer and Dryer. There is also a shared common area with a big-screen TV.

You will be next door to Town Square where in Summer enjoy Corcoran's Pond with swim raft and boat rentals as well as Mountain Bike Trails, Tennis, and Golf (fees apply). Winter brings amazing XC ski trails or snowshoes, sleigh rides, tubing and a shuttle to Waterville Ski Area.
