The one thing I'd recommend if you stay in the area during winter, make sure whatever you plan to do while you are here is actually going to be open when you are here. Lots of toys and games for variety of ages, tree house down the hill was a great surprise, side yard great for outdoor play, and sleeping arrangements made sense. Only minor feedback would be lack of tv in master suite. It doesn’t detract from the rating but my wife and I are ashamed to admit we use it to fall asleep. I will say though, the master had great space for a pack-n-play and even though we’re out of that season of our life it doesn’t escape our memory of rentals that lacked that critical element. We were visiting the area and the UNC-Asheville campus and this was perfect for our family of 4\. Quick access to major highways and we enjoyed Waynesville as well!
