"Dave and Aiden at the front desk were all smiles as I walked in...Dave efficiently checked me in....and both of them were very emphatic because of my foot injury....I bought a bottle of water and found out that they credited it ...such exemplary customer service! The jacuzzi was hot and relaxing...my room was super clean and had a nice view of the mountains...this is my go to place whenever I am visiting Wenatchee....keep up the good work!"

My grandson had an accident (went potty 💩 ) in the pool and the lady was very understanding and within 15 minutes the maintenance guy was there cleaning the pool and it was opened again in a little over an hour. She didn’t make a fuss just fixed the issue. "

"Spacious room, clean, comfortable beds, great amenities. Loved the kitchenette area and full sized frig. Desk top is on wheels and can double as eating surface. We had double queen with recliner room. Check in was a breeze. Staff very nice, courteous, and accommodating. Easy walk to river walk, eateries, and local bar and grills. "
