“Martha has an adorable home. If you need a close place to sleep near USC, this is it! Affordable bedroom and bathroom in quiet, safe neighborhood. I enjoyed a walk in the neighborhood, sitting on the front porch looking at birds enjoying the feeders, and her plants. Tastefully decorated. 10 min drive to our daughter’s dorm. We’ll definitely be back!”

“The living room and deck were very comfortable. However, the pots and pans were insufficient - there were actually no pots. The oven was dirty. The Roku in the second bedroom did not work. The dishwasher didn’t work either. The refrigerator had coffee creamer in it, which had expired months ago. There were no cleaning supplies, I had to spend much more on groceries than expected (having to buy spray cleaner, toilet paper, paper towels, etc) and still had to get take out because I couldn’t cook...
