“Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again.”

“I’m from Louisville, but moved away a few years ago, and the location is perfect! This apartment was absolutely charming; very comfy bed, a good sized kitchen, and a lovely, lighted patio. I would stay again in a heartbeat! Super responsive management team, and a safe and secure environment! Would note, that if you aren’t able to climb stairs, this wouldn’t be your spot, but other than that, I couldn’t recommend it more!”

“There is plenty to do within walking distance; there are multiple shops and restaurants. Lou Lou, which is directly across the street, was excellent.Our only issue with the unit with something out of the owner's control: there was noise from construction which woke us up, as well as noise from multiple trucks who were backing up in the nearby alley. Otherwise, the unit was great: very nicely decorated and well-contained. A microwave would have been great, but this definitely was not a...
