“Wonderful property. Tons of room, lots of living space. So clean and well appointed with all the extras. This was a perfect place for our group of 5 with room for many more. We loved the Pac Man games. So much better than bothering with multiple hotel rooms. We heard the pitter patter of little feet in the morning but just a lovely reminder that we were in a home - not a hotel with strangers, but among friends. ”

“First off, great communication and easy check in. Was offered flexible check-in/check-out options. Easy directions to the location. Driving up to the ranch we knew this was exactly what we were hoping for. Serene setting while still close to town. We pull up to the beautiful horses, cows and chickens. Cottage was exactly as pictured and described. Comfy, cozy and was perfect for our needs. Stocked with everything we could ask for. Even fresh eggs in the fridge! Now let’s talk about the hosts....

“We enjoyed our stay on Friendly Alley. The house was everything it was advertised as. It was very clean and accommodating and the yard was so big! It was an easy drive or walk to so many places in Eugene. The kitchen was well stocked with basic needs as was the bathroom. I would definitely stay again on any future visits to Eugene!”
