“Comfortable house, not huge, but nicely decorated. Host was very quick to respond when I had trouble with door code. The only con for us was lack of handrails on steps to exterior doors (front and back). Otherwise a great place to stay.”

She was also extremely responsive and kind. It was moms first time at a vbro and so safety was key- this fit the bill. The beds were very comfy. Absoutely perfect stay , i would go back again!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Squantz Cottage. Property was well maintained, clean, and convenient. Parking at the cottage can be a little tricky backing out and getting on to the road. An option to park at the main house could be helpful. I would definitely rent again!”

“Our family of 4 stayed comfortably. Towels and sheets were well stocked. We loved walking across to the beach. Our 10 year old could take our 5 year old. We biked on street and sidewalks to downtown Milford, public library, playground. We loved Pennys used books. It was such a relaxing trip and we will be back to stay at Susana's lovely place.”

“John was a fantastic host - his home was the perfect solution for us for a few days while we were in the process of moving to the area and our home wasn't ready yet. Great communication with us prior to check-in, very responsive to our questions and needs at the beginning and throughout our stay. Home is as pictured in the photos with very nice touches throughout. Washer/dryer and dishwasher in great working condition. Location super close to Scotts Corners where there are nice local...

“Everything was easy and fine at the space. I had to stay for family reasons - so "location" was the most important factor to me. The worst thing in the unit is that the spiral stair is narrow - and a fat person or person with bad knees is NOT going to be using that stairwell easily. Otherwise, the unit had everything I needed and was perfectly appointed for an easy weekend stay. Enjoy!”
