The Mood restaurant was beautiful, loved the pools, iguanas, and the balcony! The location was great, being on a calm beach and next to Mambo Beach gave us a lot of options to eat. The massages were great! Just wish there was a little more privacy. The only “real”negative was the bathroom toilet smelled like sewage but when we opened the window it was fine.

We had to switch rooms when we arrived due to being right next to a construction site, that is the reason for my 4/5 stars. The concierge was very gracious and moved us to an immensely better room that was cleaner and closer to the beach entrance. My partner and I loved the close proximity to the beach, the food options within the kontiki continuum, the proximity to mambo beach and other local food options (especially berry the bliss for breakfast, check them out). The area around the hotel was a little run down / underdeveloped, as is a good amount of the island, but it didn’t cause any disturbance or inconvenience to our trip. Thank you so much to everyone at the concierge for helping us book our taxi services every night and round trip airport transfers. Thank you to housekeeping for maintaining our room everyday. Thank you to guest service staff for helping us with the coffee machine in the lobby and carrying our bags. Thank you Kontiki!

The place is amazing, quiet and safe. You feel at home. Lysandra is super informative and helped us getting a car and also she is friendly. The only down thing was getting the coffee machine but not getting water to add to the machine, and the fridge was dirty. We left with wanting to come back. And we will. Curacao is amazing!

Loved the property right on mambo blvd lots of restaurants and things to do. Aquarium is also a few minutes away. My room was right by the beach so no extra walking and the view was beautiful. I will definitely be returning!
