"Patio door had openings at bottom where spiders or scorpions could enter. Need better wall-to-wall seal. Closet also had multiple openings where plumbing or other items were routed into the wall or ceiling and there was access there that needed to be sealed. Evidence of spider activity in that one. I sealed the bottom of the door with a rug. "

"The coffee bar/restaurant in lobby was great, I ate there twice. The room was really nice, clean. Check in easy. Valet parking made things easy. "

I live in Phoenix and visit Tucson several times per year as a getaway ....3 Palms will now be the only place i will stay :) Loved it "

"We did a staycation to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. Had a wonderful time. Staff was wonderful. My only complaint would be the elevators. They were not very clean. Other than that is was perfect. "
