“Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . Felt the detail of cleaning could of been better ( big cobweb under window and handbasin cracked and behind the taps could of done with a clean ) The setting and surroundings really make this hotel a good find .Breakfast served by...

“Very nice stay indeed. Owner very helpful on a minor housekeeping issue. Breakfast is in the coffee shop on the ground floor of the building and was really nice - speaking to locals they told me this was the best breakfast place in Bewdley, without knowing I was staying there. The only thing is that this property is on a busy main road so if road noise is an issue for you bear that in mind”

“El,hotel es estupendo, habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas y todo muy bien conservado. Seguro que vuelvo cuando vaya a esta zona de nuevo.”

“Magnífica comida.”

“Small double room, knightwick, has a toilet that leaked. The whole bathroom and bedroom stinks of mould because the floor must still be damp from the leaks. This room should not be used. The smell was so bad we had to leave the fan and light on all night. This was v noisy but preferable to the stink. Rooflights open all night. The door is a folding type so you can't even shut the smell out. Such a shame because the restaurant, pub and area are lovely and the food v good. Would pay not to stay in...

“The hotel is tired looking, there was a lot of dust in our room. We used the spa facilities and had to leave after 30 mins as a family came in with children who were screaming and shouting. We made the staff aware, not sure if they did anything. We chose to eat dinner in the hotel on the evening, this was really good, great food, attentive staff, food was hot, cannot fault the evening meal. However breakfast..... the member of staff who took our room number didn't inform us that the cereal is...

“Nice, clean, good service. I enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was just to simple for four stars.”

“Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet.”

“perfect hotel”

“Great place to stay for our journey home. Staff very friendly and helpful, ideal location just off the M5.”

“All good, no issues at all, very comfortable hotel, I would recommend it.”

“Todo muy práctico, limpio. Buen precio. El personal muy atento. Muchas gracias”

“I love old fashioned, traditional pubs & inns, and this was perfect. Wooden beams, creaky floors, etc. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The meals were of high quality & decently priced, too, the breakfast exceptional! Plenty of parking available. I will definitely visit there again.”

“Todo muy muy bien”
