The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and baths were clean and comfortable. We were close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shops. This is a quiet neighborhood in a small town, but we spent a day in St. Louis, only an hour or so away. And the eclipse, what a bonus! “House and property were awesome! Little hard to find first time in the dark and raining but Brittany talked us right to it. Bring your own hangers. We loved sitting on the back porch watching the wildlife in and around the lake.”

“This was our second visit. We had a marvelous time. We just love the house, it has all the amenities that we need. It's like a home away from home. However, the TV in the living room only offers five local channels to watch, but we utilized Netflex. Also, it would have been nicer if the grass had been cut prior to our arrival so we could have enjoyed being in the yard. They came to cut the grass the day we were leaving. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.”

The birdwatching was top notch and you felt completely immersed in nature the entire stay.
