After living in the neighborhood roughly 10 years ago we knew there was plenty to love about it but this rental really set us in the right place to take full advantage of it. “My husband and I work and travel the country full time and we've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals. This was easily one of our favorite places we've stayed, and Austin was BY FAR the best host we've ever had. We stayed here for a month, and although when we booked we were a little nervous that the cottage would be cramped, as soon as we arrived we realized that was not the case in the slightest. “Our entire family came to watch March Madness and chose a VRBO over a hotel to save some money. This house was perfect. It’s located centrally so everywhere we went wasn’t very far. The house is very clean and the beds are simply AMAZING!!!! Everyone had the same comments that we all need one of those at home along with the pillows and linens. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!!!”

“We choose this location due to the ease driving to Brighton/Solitude and Snowbird. Very quiet neighborhood. 2 other units share the walls/roof. I did hear our upstairs neighbors getting up in AM. Close to Smith’s, Sprouts, and Costco. Plenty parking. No dishwasher. Streaming TV = no live local channels. Good communication with owner. Will come back again.”

“I give it 4.5 stars. Only downsides were that it's on a very busy street. This is manageable once you locate the property and time the light properly. I was never bothered by street noise. The bathroom is very clean but old so there's no vanity space and the shower can be slightly tricky to navigate. Water pressure is amazing. Kitchen is well equipped and has been updated. Living and dining areas were quite spacious for a small house. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer were handy...

“This house was great but just not equipped for a big party as advertised. No laundry soap, no utensils in kitchen . I had to go to the store and purchase spoons for cooking, had to go buy paper towels as well because the 1/2 roll left was not enough for an entire weekend with 16 people . The cleaning crew left garbage in the bottom of the can and just put a new bag over it. Over all okay but definitely needs some attention from management ”

“We have stayed in a few condos all over the west coast and this condo is by far one of the best. It has a beautiful view of DT, it’s cute and just the right size. It’s a quick walk over to the Delta center (main reason for our trip to SLC) we highly recommend this unit for your future trips to SLC, I know we will be back!”

“The house is nice,very clean, but shows its age around the edges. It has a bit of an odd odor - sort of a combo of old house left empty too often, industrial cleaners and air fresheners. This is a bit if a minimalist set up. Everything is fine and we had a good time but don't expect fancy extras. If you want more than two wash cloths and two hand towels for the entire house you should ask in advance.”
